14         On page 27, lines 1 through 8,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines,

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  errors, regarding any document or

18  record required by this section do not constitute a willful

19  violation of this section, and are not subject to criminal

20  penalties.  Clerical or recordkeeping errors are subject to

21  the administrative remedies, as provided in this Act.
