14         On page 22, lines 3 and 4,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:  any intentional action to prevent

18  transmission of the telephone solicitor's name or telephone

19  number to the party called when the equipment or service used

20  by the telephone solicitor is capable of creating and

21  transmitting the telephone solicitor's name or telephone

22  number.
