13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 18, between lines 29 and 30,

16  insert:

17         Section 15.  If the provisions of this act conflict

18  with the provisions of any other act enacted at the same

19  session of the Legislature, it is the intent of the

20  Legislature that the provisions of this act shall prevail.
