13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 3, between lines 6 and 7,

16  insert:

17         Section 3.  There is appropriated $600,000 in fiscal

18  year 1999-2000 and $800,000 annually thereafter from the

19  General Revenue Fund to transfer appropriations previously

20  funded from the Water Quality Assurance Trust Fund due to the

21  revenue reduction resulting from this act.
