13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 20, line 26, after the period,

15

16  insert:  In addition, the Office of the Governor shall place

17  public service announcements directed to areas of the state

18  which have the highest rate of firearms-related offenses to

19  maximize the preventative aspects of advertising the penalties

20  imposed by this act.
