  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act appropriating funds for community-based

  3         litter-prevention programs; providing an

  4         effective date.

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  The sum of $1 million is appropriated from

  9  the Solid Waste Management Trust Fund to the Department of

10  Environmental Protection to be used to fund community-based

11  litter-prevention programs.

12         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999.
