14         On page 1, lines 14-17, delete those lines

16  and insert:

17         (5)  When a declaration of condominium is recorded

18  pursuant to this section, a certificate or receipted bill

19  shall be filed with the clerk of the circuit court in the

20  county where the property is located showing that all taxes

21  due and owing on the property have been paid in full as of the

22  date of recordation.
