13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 17, between lines 2 and 3,

16  insert:

17         (5)  A waiver and release of lien pursuant to s. 713.20

18  given by a lienor shall constitute a waiver and release in a

19  like amount of the lienor's right to make a claim against a

20  payment bond under this section.
