17 insert:
18 Section 15. Present subsections (25), (26), (27),
19 (28), (29), and (30) of section 97.021, Florida Statutes, are
20 redesignated as subsections (26), (27), (28), (29), (30), and
21 (31), respectively, and a new subsection (25) is added to that
22 section to read:
23 97.021 Definitions.--For the purposes of this code,
24 except where the context clearly indicates otherwise, the
25 term:
26 (25) "Qualifying period" means that period of time
27 from noon of the first day of qualifying for any office up to
28 and including noon of the last day of qualifying for that same
29 office.
