11 The Committee on Health, Aging and Long-Term Care recommended
12 the following amendment:

14 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
15 Delete everything after the enacting clause
16
17 and insert:
18 Section 1. Subsection (4) of section 514.0115, Florida
19 Statutes, 1998 Supplement, is renumbered as subsection (5),
20 and a new subsection (4) is added to said section to read:
21 (4) Any pool serving a residential child care agency
22 registered and exempt from licensure pursuant to s. 409.176
23 shall be exempt from supervision or regulation under this
24 chapter related to construction standards if the pool is used
25 exclusively by the facility's residents and if admission may
26 not be gained by the public.
27 Section 2. This act shall take effect upon becoming a
28 law.
