11  Senator Bronson moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 11, between lines 4 and 5,

15

16  insert:

17         Section 7.  Section 373.136, Florida Statutes, is

18  amended to read:

19         373.136  Enforcement of regulations and orders.--

20         (1)  The governing board may enforce its regulations

21  and orders adopted pursuant to this chapter, by suit for

22  injunction or other appropriate action in the courts of the

23  state.

24         (2)  Any person who prevails in an action or legal

25  proceeding brought against them by the department, the

26  governing board of any water management district, any local

27  board, or a local government to which authority has been

28  delegated under s. 373.103(8), pursuant to this chapter shall

29  be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

30         (3)(2)  Any action by a citizen of the state to seek

31  judicial enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter
