14         On page 31, lines 25 through 28, delete those lines

16  and insert:  and who has had 10 years elapse since having been

17  placed on probation or lawfully released from confinement,

18  supervision, or other sanction, and who has not been arrested

19  for any felony or misdemeanor offense since release.
