13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 50, between lines 14 & 15,

16  insert:

17         Section 37.  Subsection (4) of section 320.77, Florida

18  Statutes, is amended to read:

19         320.77  License required of mobile home dealers.--

20         (4)  FEES.--Upon making initial application, the

21  applicant shall pay to the department a fee of $300 in

22  addition to any other fees now required by law.  The fee for

23  renewal application shall be $100.  The fee for application

24  for change of location shall be $25.  Any applicant for

25  renewal who has failed to submit his or her renewal

26  application by October 1 shall pay a renewal application fee

27  equal to the original application fee.  No fee is refundable.

28  All fees shall be deposited into the Highway Safety Operating

29  Trust General Revenue Fund.

30         Section 38.  Subsection (3) of section 320.8225,

31  Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

 1         320.8225  Mobile home and recreational vehicle

 2  manufacturer's license.--

 3         (3)  FEES.--Upon making initial application, the

 4  applicant shall pay to the department a fee of $300.  Upon

 5  making renewal application, the applicant shall pay to the

 6  department a fee of $100.  Any applicant for renewal who has

 7  failed to submit his or her renewal application by October 1

 8  shall pay a renewal application fee equal to the original

 9  application fee.  No fee is refundable.  All fees shall be

10  deposited into the Highway Safety Operating Trust General

11  Revenue Fund.

12         Section 39.  Subsection (4) of section 320.8255,

13  Florida Statutes, is amended to read:

14         320.8255  Mobile home inspection.--

15         (4)  The department shall determine fees for special

16  inspections and for the seal authorized under s. 320.827 which

17  are sufficient to cover the cost of inspection and

18  administration under this section.  Fees collected shall be

19  deposited into the Highway Safety Operating Trust General

20  Revenue Fund.
