14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 37, between lines 6 and 7,

17  insert:

18         Section 15.  To implement all provisions of this act,

19  except for those contained in section 9, the sum of $200,000

20  in recurring general revenue is appropriated to the Department

21  of Education for fiscal year 1999-2000.
