14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 15, between lines 2 and 3,

17  and insert:  (6)  The provisions of subsection (3), (4) and

18  (5) of this section shall not apply within the jurisdiction of

19  any municipality where said municipality is engaged in any

20  litigation concerning its sign ordinance on the date of

21  passage of this act by the Legislature, nor shall such

22  provisions apply to any municipality whose boundaries are

23  identical to the county within which said municipality is

24  located.
