18 Section 58. In addition to the voting membership
19 established by section 339.175(2), Florida Statutes, and
20 notwithstanding any other provision of the law to the
21 contrary, the voting membership of any Metropolitan Planning
22 Organization whose geographical boundaries include any county
23 as defined in section 125.011(1), Florida Statutes, must
24 include an additional voting member appointed by that city's
25 governing body for each city with a population of 50,000 or
26 more residents.
