15         On page 7, line 30, through page 8, line 4,delete those

16  lines,

18  and insert:  be available, subject to appropriation,

19  specifically for implementation of programs as described in

20  ss. 381.0056, 381.0057, and 402.3026, and that are designed to

21  meet the particular needs of the community.
