18         Section 8.  There is appropriated to the Agency for

19  Health Care Administration $142,511, from the General Revenue

20  Fund and $184,800, from the Medical Care Trust Fund for Fiscal

21  Year 1999-2000, to implement Medicaid presumptive eligibility.
