  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Village of Wellington,

  3         Palm Beach County; providing any and all

  4         ordinances enacted by the Village of

  5         Wellington, Palm Beach County, between May 1,

  6         1996 and May 1, 1998 that were enacted with at

  7         least 7 days' prior public notice shall be

  8         deemed effective as of the date of the original

  9         enactment of such ordinances; providing an

10         effective date.

12  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

14         Section 1.  Any and all ordinances enacted by the

15  Village of Wellington, Palm Beach County, between May 1, 1996

16  and May 1, 1998 that were enacted with at least 7 days' prior

17  public notice shall be deemed effective as of the date of the

18  original enactment of such ordinance.

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

20  law.
