13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 10, lines 24-28, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (c)  The victim's need for assistance must be certified

18  by a certified domestic violence center in this state; and

19         (d)  The center certification must assert that the

20  victim is cooperating with law enforcement officials, if

21  applicable, and must include documentation that the victim has

22  developed a safety plan.
