  2         An act relating to the City of Pensacola;

  3         repealing chapter 18777, Laws of Florida, 1937;

  4         chapter 21485, Laws of Florida, 1941; chapter

  5         24804, Laws of Florida, 1947; chapter 27815,

  6         Laws of Florida, 1951; chapter 67-1899, Laws of

  7         Florida; and chapter 70-890, Laws of Florida,

  8         relating to the authority of said city to levy

  9         a tax for publicity purposes and providing the

10         manner in which the proceeds for such tax

11         should be expended; providing for repeal of

12         conflicting laws; providing an effective date.

14  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

16         Section 1.  Chapter 18777, Laws of Florida, 1937;

17  chapter 21485, Laws of Florida, 1941; chapter 24804, Laws of

18  Florida, 1947; chapter 27815, Laws of Florida, 1951; chapter

19  67-1899, Laws of Florida; and chapter 70-890, Laws of Florida,

20  are repealed.

21         Section 2.  All laws or parts of laws in conflict

22  herewith are hereby repealed.

23         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

24  law.
