  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the City of Pensacola;

  3         repealing chapter 69-1469, Laws of Florida, as

  4         amended by chapters 70-886, 83-499, 90-471, and

  5         91-367, Laws of Florida, relating to the

  6         authority of the Boards of Trustees of the

  7         Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund, the General

  8         Pension and Retirement Fund, and the Police

  9         Officers' Retirement Fund to invest and

10         reinvest assets of said funds; providing for

11         repeal of conflicting laws; providing an

12         effective date.

14  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

16         Section 1.  Chapter 69-1469, Laws of Florida, as

17  amended by chapters 70-886, 83-499, 90-471, and 91-367, Laws

18  of Florida, is repealed.

19         Section 2.  All laws or parts of laws in conflict

20  herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.

21         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

22  law.
