13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 160, line 29, and on page 163, line 12, after

15  the period

17  insert:  In addition, the Office of Tourism, Trade, and

18  Economic Development may, as part of its final budget request

19  submitted pursuant to s. 216.023, recommend additions to or

20  deletions from the list of standard industrial classifications

21  used to determine an eligible business, and the Legislature

22  may implement such recommendations.
