  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to trust funds; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to create a trust fund to

  4         support economic development and international

  5         trade; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

10  establish a trust fund to provide a dedicated source of

11  financial support for economic development and international

12  trade activities that foster employment opportunities and

13  other economic opportunities benefiting the residents of the

14  state.

15         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
