13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, between lines 16 and 17,

16  insert:

17         (4)  This section shall not prohibit actions for

18  injuries resulting from the sale or manufacture of firearms by

19  a dealer or manufacturer who fails to exercise ordinary care

20  against the foreseeable use of the firearm in mass shootings

21  of people.
