13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, between lines 16 and 17,

16  insert:

17         (4)  This section shall not prohibit an action against

18  a firearms manufacturer or dealer who develops or sells

19  firearms that have features, qualities, or technology that are

20  designed to resist identifying the person who discharges the

21  firearm, including firearms with fingerprint-resisting

22  features or coding.
