13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 3, between lines 19 and 20,

16  insert:

17         Section 3.  A concealed weapons or concealed firearms

18  license issued under chapter 790, Florida Statutes, to a

19  person other than a law enforcement officer is not valid on

20  public school property, in public school transportation

21  vehicles, or at any public school sponsored events.

26         On page 1, line 15, after the semicolon

28  insert:

29         providing exceptions to the validity of
