16  insert:  (c)  A firearm manufacturer shall not be liable in

17  any civil action involving the lawful marketing or sale of a

18  firearm if the firearm is designed and manufactured in such a

19  way that, in its construction and in use, it represents a safe

20  and reasonable form of technology available at the time of its

21  manufacture.
