13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 2, between lines 16 and 17,

16  insert:

17         (4)  This section shall not prohibit actions for

18  injuries resulting from the sale or manufacture of equipment,

19  attachments, or other devices intended to enable users of

20  semiautomatic and automatic firearms to engage in

21  assault-style tactics with those firearms, including barrel

22  shrouds, sling swivels, assault grips, and any equipment,

23  attachment, or other device which enables rapid spray firing

24  from the hip with such firearms.
