14         On page 29, line 10, delete that line

16  and insert:  Juvenile Justice.

18  Expenditures of the organization shall be expressly used to

19  prevent and ameliorate juvenile delinquency. The expenditures

20  of the direct-support organization may not be used for the

21  purpose of lobbying as defined in s. 11.045.
