14         On page 4, line 19, of the bill

16  after the period insert:  In the event that a minor is seeking

17  termination of pregnancy and the minor has no parents or her

18  parents have abandoned her, the notification provisions of

19  this section shall not apply and the minor child shall be

20  entitled to proceed with the termination of pregnancy without

21  any notification.
