12  Affairs recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 3, lines 18 and 19, delete all of said lines

17  and insert:  not otherwise appropriated and to draw a series

18  of 3 warrants in the total sum of $1,222,407.81, without any

19  interest, as follows:  $900,000 no later than 30 days after

20  this bill becomes law; $161,200 no later than July 1, 2000;

21  and $161,200.81, no later than July 1, 2001, all payable to

22  Jeremy Stewart as compensation for
