11  The Committee on Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military

12  Affairs recommended the following amendment:

14         Senate Amendment 

15         On page 3, between lines 21 and 22,

16

17  insert:

18         Section 3.  As a precondition to receipt of any funds

19  paid pursuant to this act, Jeremy Stewart must petition and

20  obtain from the Circuit Court in Lee County, Florida, an

21  order, pursuant to chapter 61, Florida Statutes, establishing

22  an initial level of child support for Caleb Stewart and Tadem

23  Stewart. As a further condition of receiving funds pursuant to

24  this act, Jeremy Stewart is directed to purchase, from the

25  initial cash payout provided in section 2, two annuities

26  sufficient to satisfy the above child support orders. Each

27  annuity must be sufficient to provide support until each child

28  attains the age of 18. The annuity payments will be payable to

29  each child's legal guardian.
