14         On page 36, lines 4-9,

15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         Section 3.  If any clause, section or provision of this

19  act shall be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any

20  reason, it shall be eliminated from this act, and the

21  remaining portion of the act shall be in force and effect and

22  be as valid as if such invalid portion thereof had not been

23  incorporated therein.
