14         On page 1, line 28,

15         through page 2, line 14, delete those lines

17  and insert:  authorized by law.

18         (b)  For the purpose of this section, the term "assist

19  in intercepting or receiving" shall include the manufacture of

20  or distribution of equipment intended by the manufacturer or

21  distributor, as the case may be, for unauthorized reception of

22  any communications service offered over a cable system in

23  violation of this section.

24         (b)(3)(a)  Any person who willfully violates this

25  subsection section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the

26  first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s.

27  775.083.

28         (3)(a)  Any person who willfully violates paragraph

29  (2)(a), paragraph (4)(a), or subsection (5) and who has been

30  previously convicted of any such provision shall be guilty of

31  a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s.

 6  provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
