11  Senator Dyer moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 4, lines 18 through 27, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  Garden, and three (3) by the Governor. Four

17  members shall be appointed for an intial term of 2 years and

18  five members shall be appointed for an initial term of 4

19  years. Thereafter, all successive appointments shall be made

20  for 4-year terms. The cities' initial appointments shall be

21  for 2-year terms; the Orange County Board of County

22  Commissioners' initial appointments shall be for 4-year terms,

23  and one of the Governor's initial appointments shall be for a

24  2-year term and two of the Governor's intial appointments
