11  Senator Bronson moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 5, between lines 27 and 28,

16  insert:

17         (g)  The World Bowling Village facility applicant has

18  submitted an agreement to provide $2 million annually in

19  national and international media promotion of the World

20  Bowling Village facility, Florida, Central Florida, and

21  Florida tourism through the World Bowling Village facility at

22  the then current commercial rate, during the period of time

23  that the facility receives funds pursuant to s. 212.20.  The

24  Office of Tourism, Trade & Economic Development and the World

25  Bowling Village facility must agree annually on a reasonable

26  percentage of advertising specifically allocated for generic

27  Florida advertising.  Failure on the part of the World Bowling

28  Village facility to annually provide the advertising as

29  provided in this paragraph shall result in the termination of

30  funding as provided in s. 212.20.
