11  The Committee on Finance & Taxation offered the following:

14         On page 1, line 12

15  remove from the bill:  everything after the enacting clause

16

17  and insert in lieu thereof:

18         Section 1.  Paragraph (c) of subsection (6) of section

19  193.461, Florida Statutes, 1998 Supplement, is amended and

20  paragraph (d) is added to said section to read:

21         193.461  Agricultural lands; classification and

22  assessment.--

23         (6)

24         (c)  For purposes of the income methodology approach to

25  assessment of property used for agricultural purposes,

26  irrigation systems, including pumps and motors, physically

27  attached to the land shall be considered a part of the average

28  yields per acre and shall have no separately assessable

29  contributory value.

30         (d)(c)  In years in which proper application for

31  agricultural assessment has not been made, the land shall be
