  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to historical resources;

  3         amending s. 607.1901, F.S.; increasing the

  4         amount transferred each fiscal year from the

  5         Corporations Trust Fund to the Historical

  6         Resources Operating Trust Fund for purposes of

  7         funding historical museum programs in this

  8         state; correcting a cross reference; providing

  9         an effective date.

11  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13         Section 1.  Paragraphs (g) and (h) of subsection (2) of

14  section 607.1901, Florida Statutes, are amended to read:

15         607.1901  Corporations Trust Fund creation; transfer of

16  funds.--

17         (2)

18         (g)  The division shall transfer from the trust fund to

19  the Historical Resources Operating Trust Fund, quarterly,

20  prorations transferring $2 million each fiscal year, to be

21  used as provided in s. 267.0617 267.0671.

22         (h)  The division shall transfer from the trust fund to

23  the Historical Resources Operating Trust Fund, quarterly,

24  prorations transferring $2 $1.5 million each fiscal year, to

25  be used as provided in s. 267.072.

26         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 1999.
