14 On page 1, line 30, of the bill

16 insert:
17 (5) Except when a trustee's interest may be adverse in
18 a particular matter, the attorney shall give reasonable notice
19 in writing to the trustee of the attorney's retention by an
20 interested person and the attorney's entitlement to fees
21 pursuant to this section. A court may reduce any fee award
22 for services rendered by the attorney prior to the date of
23 actual notice to the trustee, if the actual notice date is
24 later than a date of reasonable notice. In exercising this
25 discretion, the court may exclude compensation for services
26 rendered after the reasonable notice date but prior to the
27 date of actual notice.
