11  Senator Laurent moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 6, line 20, after the period,

15

16  insert:  Any petition for formal proceedings filed pursuant to

17  ss. 120.569 and 120.57 shall require a hearing under the

18  summary hearing provisions of s. 120.574, which shall be

19  mandatory. The final hearing under this section shall be held

20  within 30 days after receipt of the petition by the Division

21  of Administrative Hearings.
