13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 2, line 4, after the period

16  insert:  However, a forfeiture proceeding may not be commenced

17  under this paragraph until the person from whom the motor

18  vehicle has been seized, is convicted of a subsequent

19  conviction of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs

20  under s. 316.193.
