11  The Committee on Governmental Operations offered the

12  following:

14         Amendment 

15         On page 1, lines 28 through 30, and

16         On page 2, lines 1 and 2, ,

17  remove from the bill:  all of said lines

18

19  and insert in lieu thereof:  quarter shall not exceed

20  $750,000.  Any funds in excess of this amount shall be

21  transferred unallocated to the General Revenue Fund.  However,

22  fees received from deferred compensation participants pursuant

23  to s. 112.215 shall not be transferred to the General Revenue

24  Fund and shall be used to operate the deferred compensation

25  program.
