13         Amendment to Amendment (072377) (with title amendment) 

14         On page 24, between lines 10 and 11, of the amendment

15

16  insert:

17         (i)  Any comprehensive plan amendment to establish

18  public school concurrency pursuant to s. 163.3180(12),

19  including, but not limited to, adoption of a public school

20  facilities element and adoption of amendments to the capital

21  improvements element. In order to ensure the consistency of

22  all local government public school facilities elements within

23  a county with each other, such elements shall be prepared and

24  adopted on a similar time schedule.
