14         On page 19, between lines 2 and 3,

17         Section 10.  Subsection (6) is added to section 212.18,

18  Florida Statutes, 1998 Supplement, to read:

19         212.18  Administration of law; registration of dealers;

20  rules.--

21         (6)  The term "social welfare services" as used in s.

22  212.08(7)(o) shall be construed by the department to include

23  consumer credit counseling services provided by tax-exempt

24  social welfare organizations as defined by the Internal

25  Revenue Code.
