18         Section 6.  Subsection (7) is added to section 944.09,

19  Florida Statutes, 1998 Supplement, to read:

20         944.09  Rules of the department; offenders,

21  probationers, and parolees.--

22         (7)  The department may take a digitized photograph of

23  any inmate or offender under its supervision. .
