18 Section 6. Paragraph (r) is added to subsection (1) of
19 section 944.09, Florida Statutes, 1998 Supplement, to read:
20 944.09 Rules of the department; offenders,
21 probationers, and parolees.--
22 (1) The department has authority to adopt rules
23 pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement its
24 statutory authority. The rules must include rules relating to:
25 (r) The function and duties of employees working in
26 the area of community corrections and the operations of
27 probation field and administrative offices.
