13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 11, line 3, after the period

15

16  insert:  Any school board or school that has implemented a

17  plan for assistance and intervention for low-performing

18  schools as specified in s. 230.23(16)(c) shall not have their

19  funding withheld from the State Board of Education or any

20  other state department or office.
