13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 61, lines 7 - 14, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:  For a school identified as performance grade

17  category "F" for one school year, pursuant to s. 229.57, a

18  school district shall, from its allocation from the Florida

19  Education Finance Program, redistribute funds as necessary to

20  permit intervention such as reducing each K through third

21  grade classroom to no more than 15 students for each full-time

22  classroom teacher and providing for an instructional year that

23  is equivalent to a 210-day schedule for each student in grades

24  4 through 12.
