17 Section 51. Business and corporate entities are
18 encouraged to enter into partnership with low-performing and
19 failing schools in order to promote improved learning. Areas
20 of partnership should include, but need not be limited to,
21 student mentoring, student tutoring, supplemental funding,
22 promotion of extracurricular activities, development of
23 after-school programs, and maintenance of school grounds.
